What GapCrew is
GapCrew is a marketplace. Workers choose their availability and which jobs to respond to. Employers post jobs and choose which responding workers to confirm. It is not a staffing agency.
Accounts
The final terms will explain who can sign up, keeping your details accurate, phone verification and looking after your account.
Workers and employers deal directly
The job arrangement is between the worker and the employer. Turning a job down, or cancelling with a reason, carries no penalty.
Pay
Workers are paid directly by the employer. GapCrew does not receive or pay out worker wages.
Cancellations
The final terms will explain how either side can cancel with a reason, and how the other person is told.
